Bachelor of Education (Multimedia) with Honours

OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Education (Multimedia) with Honours program aims to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, creative, innovative, and competitive in the field of educational multimedia. Graduates will be equipped with both technical and pedagogical skills in multimedia, as well as the ability to develop high-quality courseware for teaching and learning purposes. The educational objectives of this program encompass mastery of knowledge in the field of educational multimedia, technical and teaching skills, as well as proficiency in communication and information management through technology. Additionally, the program emphasizes the development of soft skills, social competencies, and entrepreneurial abilities to produce well-rounded educators who can contribute to the development of society and the nation.  The students will undertake courses covering educational and program core subjects, including Digital Graphics and Illustration, Computer Animation Development, Dynamic Web Design and Development, Audio and Video Digitization, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, Digital Game Design and Development, Multimedia Mobile Applications, UI and UX Design, as well as Instructional Design and Educational Technology, reflecting the latest approaches in digital education.
